Monthly In-Person Intimate Sister Circles that include Reiki, a Sound Bath, and Intuitive Guidance
Monthly Virtual Community Calls for Women Navigating Divorce and Single Motherhood on the Third Tuesday of every month at 3pm.

I host and facilitate workshops and retreats based in West Michigan for women who are looking for connection, personal growth, or even just a break from our overwhelming responsibilities.
I help women find themselves after divorce, thrive as a single mother, and realize all of their wildest dreams, because I’ve done it myself.
I help women and mothers heal from childhood trauma, limiting beliefs, and life setbacks to heal and grow into the abundant, beautiful, incredible woman you were born to be!
