What it looks like:
An intimate 6 person experience with a sound healer and an energy healer.
Arrive and meet other women who have done this before or are new, just like you!
Get cozy! Bring a yoga mat, a blanket and a pillow or two!
Receive channeled guidance that is personalized to the group’s specific needs from the divine feminine ascended masters such as Mother Mary, (Jesus’s) Grandmother Anna, Kuan Yin, Mary Magdalene, Isis, and others.
Let their message sink in and explore why you may be receiving this message at this time while guided into an energy clearing meditation.
Meditate, rest, and even fall asleep to the glorious healing crystal sound bowls, played live and intuitively led by what your soul needs.
Receive aura clearing and energy healing while meditating to clear out unnecessary negative emotions and replace them with feelings of self-love, compassion, and peace.
After 45 minutes of sound and energy healing, we spend 30 minutes providing a safe space for women to vulnerably share any emotions and feelings that may have come up.

There is just so much pressure and stress that our bodies were not built to handle. Women’s nervous systems are not meant to be able to handle being chased by a bear, so the situations that put us into fight, flight, freeze, and fawn, can be detrimental.
Being able to still your body, realize you are safe, quiet your mind, and receive the nourishment from others is a beautiful gift I am so honored to give.

Energy Healing is low or no-touch because I work with your energy field, which extend multiple feet away from your body and make up your beautiful aura.
I give each chakra a little tune-up, clearing out any stuck energy and replacing it with love and light from God (Religion-agnostic).
The soothing sounds from our chakra-tuned crystal bowls gently vibrate through the your body, helping to clear blocked energy and bring balance to your chakras.
It might just be the most emotionally and physically relaxed you’ll feel all month!
