What is Reiki?

Reiki has been life changing for me. It is so beneficial whether you have big T trauma or maybe just feel a little stuck about something. I have a page of FAQs that will answer a majority of what you might be curious about, but I want to share that it is a positive, uplifting experience that will leave you feeling full of loving, healing energy from your higher power.

I was recently certified in Usui Holy Fire Reiki levels 1 and 2 and have my Reiki Master Certification. Reiki is a healing modality that uses hands-on healing to help heal physical pains, emotional traumas, provide mental clarity, and create a spiritual connection with God, your guardian angels, spirit guides, or whoever you trust in as your higher power.

I currently offer two types of free reiki experiences: Standard and Intuitive.

The standard reiki experience will be a quiet and peaceful experience that may even drift you off to sleep while I clear any negative energies that might be holding you back in being your best self. I don’t do any intuitive work during this session and just spend the time working on your energies.
The intuitive reiki experience still offers reiki healing, but I also turn on my intuition and relay any messages your guides may want you to know. I can also use some intuitive tools to give you some insight on a question or problem you may be facing.

The long-term goal of Risen Sisterhood is to eventually offer sisterhood retreats and act as a brokerage for those who would like to host their own retreat but need a space, vendors/instructors, marketing, or some help getting off the ground. All of the profits from my reiki business will fund this dream, launching in 2026!

Here is how you can receive Free Reiki from me!

I am still in my * practice era * and want to feel very confident in my abilities before I start charging for this service. So, in order for you to receive your first reiki session free (valued at $100+), I have a few simple asks for you.

  1. Fill out the pre-reiki google form.

  2. Be open to the woo woo.
    It doesn’t help me learn or practice my skills if you don’t relax and just see what happens.

  3. Fill out the post-reiki google form within 1-5 days of your visit and give me your honest thoughts!

  4. Share the free reiki discount with friends and family. If you have a friend or family member you personally know who might be open to this healing, I’d love the referral.

You are not alone in your battles.

You have your spirit guides, guardian angels, higher powers, ancestors and so many other positive forces with you at every moment and they are here to help you heal. You’ve made it this far, which usually means that you know this experience is for you and you might have some yuck that you want to work through, so if you needed permission, I’m giving it to you now.
